My background as a painter and photographer shapes how I see composition, light, and detail, and it carries into every piece I design. I prefer dark aesthetic pieces and gravitate toward black and grey realism but do enjoy color as well.

Louie Platano

Louie Platano I am a Tattoo artist of 15 years and proud father of 2. As long as I can remember I have always loved art. It's all started with a love for comic book illustration.

One of my first drawings was a Wolverine drawn by Jim Lee in an x-men comic book. Since that I've taken a liking to developing my skills as an artist.

Tattooing came into my like three mo ths before I found out my first born, my daughter was on the way and I could only think to myself go big or go home.

Erick “E'Rock" Alayon has been tattooing on Long Island since 1988, with 37 years dedicated to the craft so far. His work is rooted in Black & Gray and Traditional tattooing, built on strong fundamentals, solid linework, and respect for the history of the art form.

Tattooing, to Erick, is more than putting ink in skin—it’s storytelling, discipline, and earned skill. Over the years he has written several books on The Art of Tattooing, sharing knowledge, technique, and the philosophy behind the craft with artists who take it seriously.

Beyond tattooing,

Erick creates handmade jewelry, oil paintings, and wood carving, working with his hands across multiple mediums. Every piece—whether on skin, canvas, metal, or wood—is made with intention, patience, and respect for traditional craftsmanship.

This isn’t trend work.

It’s a lifelong dedication.

Gabriela Karpilovsky, aka “Goobsby,”
Tattoo artist and Multimedia Designer based in New York.

Gabriela has worked extensively with various mediums, such as traditional painting, digital illustration, animation, photography, and videography. Her artwork has been exhibited at the Parrish Art Museum in Southampton, NY, as well as at MoCA L.I. Arts during the Arts on Terry art fair in Patchogue, NY.

Gabriela specializes in traditional and neo-traditional tattooing, black & grey, realism, illustrative work, lettering, and cover-ups.

She is also drawn to bold color, smooth shading, and intentional design.
